- Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing login information is strictly prohibited.
- Job seekers agree that their profiles may be visible to employers and recruiters using the platform.
- Employers agree to post only genuine job vacancies and must not solicit any payments from job seekers for job offers.
- The platform offers three subscription plans: Free (with limited access), Monthly, and Annual.
- Users can opt for auto-renewal or manual renewal of their subscriptions.
- No refunds will be provided for the early termination of a subscription. Once a payment is made, users retain access for the full paid period, regardless of early cancellation.
Users acknowledge that once a premium subscription (monthly or annual) is purchased, no refunds will be provided for cancellation of the subscription before the end of the paid period. Users retain access to premium services for the full duration of the subscription, even if they choose to terminate or discontinue usage prior to the subscription end date.

- Payments must be made in full to access premium services.

In the event that a chargeback is initiated by a user or their card issuer, Uprety Global Business Consulting and Services reserves the right to recover the disputed amount from the user. Users agree that the payment gateway provider may reverse transactions if disputes arise, and Uprety Global is not responsible for any losses incurred due to chargeback claims.

- All content, including but not limited to logos, designs, and user data, on TalentHub is the property of Uprety Global Business Consulting and Services.
- Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using any content from the platform without prior written permission.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless TalentHub and Uprety Global Business Consulting and Services from any claims, damages, or legal disputes resulting from misuse of the platform.

The user is liable for any chargebacks resulting from disputes concerning the delivery of services or the validity of the transaction. The platform is not responsible for any losses incurred due to unauthorized use of cards by third parties.
